Take the pledge Takes about 30 secondsI will treat every person with kindness and dignity, especially those who see the world differently than I do.
I will use words that build rather than divide, in person and online.
I will look for everyday chances to be kind: a neighbor in need, a newcomer, someone who is alone.
I will practice gratitude and encourage kindness in my home, my work, and my community.
I will choose kindness, because kindness is a decision, and because kindness starts with me.
